From RMA management to warehousing and direct customer fulfillment, ATS delivers complete solutions that are engineered to meet the highest standards of quality, delivery and support the ever-increasing demands of our global customers.

Valued Added Solutions:
Product Modification – Based on customer requirements, ATS provides the modification and upgrade of customer owned inventory arriving from international or domestic manufacturers. Modifications are typically driven by engineering change management (ECO / ECM) but may also be related to product recalls or local inventory upgrades that improve product safety, reliability or even improved features or functionality.
Configuration and Programming – Services that make products ready for a specific deployment setting where each individual product needs to meet specific customer, location or environmental requirements.
Test and Sort – Test and sort services ensure only defective products go thru the repair process and that there is no wasted production time. Defective units are isolated early in the process and processed forward for further failure analysis and repair.
Assembly Services – Services that range from light assembly to more technically challenging equipment selection, racking, wiring, configuration and final testing. Just in time or order based production services help reduce inventory carrying costs while insuring projects are delivered on time.
Kitting and Packaging – Some customers require specialized built-to-order product kits that marry their core product with specific accessory items that complete the order. These services provide increased customer and product flexibility.
Warehouse and Fulfillment – Services that provide storage and distribution of finished goods. Services are customizable solutions that range from customer service support to fulfilling pick ticket orders.
Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) - A streamlined approach to supporting customer’s inventory requirements by maintaining inventory closer to the end customer. VMI requires close collaboration between OEM suppliers and their customers with the end goal of providing shorter inventory delivery times as well as flexible cost effective inventory solutions.
RMA Services – Services that provide some, or all of the product return management functions normally performed by the OEM. Processes can be designed to include RMA origination, inbound and outbound shipment tracking, repair management and product return. Data reporting is available at each RMA process step
Depot Repair Services- An extension of the RMA process here component level repair is also added to all of the above RMA services. In addition, labor, components parts used, cycle time and other metric reporting is available from the Depot Repair process.
