  1. Customer Service Request
  2. Virtual Screening
    • Customer to answer a set of prepopulated questions to establish Repair Action Plan (RAP)
    • *Bypass if initial request was submitted online (questions already answered)
    • ATS to provide quote to customer for all aspects of expected work
  3. Customer Site Visit
    • If RAP requires site visit, ATS to schedule appointment within 24 hours of receiving virtual screening answers
    • Electrical contractor to perform site inspection and confirm proper power is going into unit
    • ATS to send only state-licensed and bonded electrical contractors to customer site
  4. Removal & Shipping from Site
    • Once confirmed the issue is not stemming from site electrical set up, contractor to safely remove broken unit and ship to ATS
  5. Component Level Repair
    • ATS to troubleshoot unit and repair down to the component level
    • ATS to provide detailed repair summary with breakdown of charges
    • ATS to perform full functional and final test before sending unit back to customer in “like new or better” condition
  6. Shipping & Installation 
    • Electrical contractor to reinstall unit at customer site and perform final powering test
