EV Charging Station Operations and Maintenance Services

Leveraging our 42+ years of experience in electronics remanufacturing and repair services for automotive dealerships nationwide, ATS is uniquely positioned to offer comprehensive EV Charger Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services. Unlike other network support providers, ATS is the only nationwide 3rd party service provider with in-depth component-level repair expertise for EV chargers. We go beyond just network monitoring – we offer three tiers of O&M service with multiple site visits included, ensuring proactive maintenance, and minimizing downtime. These tiers are differentiated by the number of non-scheduled service calls included annually. In addition to these visits, program members benefit from:

  • Discounted repair costs: When your chargers inevitably require repair, you'll receive exclusive discounts on parts and labor.
  • Annual preventive maintenance: Gain peace of mind with a pre-scheduled annual on-site inspection to identify and address potential issues before they become problems.
  • Value-added services: Enjoy a variety of additional program benefits tailored to keep your EV charging infrastructure operating smoothly.
  • Extended Service Agreements: For ultimate peace of mind, we also offer Extended Service Agreements that shift the burden and cost of repairs away from dealerships, allowing them to focus on EV charger profitability, not maintenance and repair headaches.
